At The Jericho Foundation, we support people facing extreme barriers to employment to gain the skills, confidence, and work experience they need to build positive futures.
Our work with corporate partners is critical to our success. It provides meaningful work experience and real job opportunities within forward-thinking, inclusive organisations.
In return, we help our partners deliver their CSR and ESG commitments in a practical, measurable way, supporting your organisation not only to create genuine social impact, but also to strengthen tenders and secure new business.
Our Packages
Learning & Development + CSR Impact
Format: Workshops, Lunch and learn sessions. Flexible (e.g. 45–60 mins interactive session + Q&A)
Topics: Resilience, leadership, unlocking potential, motivating disengaged teams, inspiring personal journeys
Led by: Rebecca Stone
Outcome: Develop your team while directly supporting Jericho’s mission.
Investment: £500 - £2,000
Volunteering Days
Includes:
A structured, meaningful volunteering experience
Staff supervision and project planning
All materials and preparation
Insight session into Jericho’s work and impact
Opportunities to meet participants and see social enterprises in action
Social media recognition (if helpful for ESG/CSR reporting)
Helps fund training, supported work placements and employment opportunities for individuals not yet ready for mainstream work.
Contribution: £1,500 (for up to 10–15 staff)
Practical Impact (“Our Shopping List”)
Our needs evolve, but typically include:
Replacing windows
Fixing roofs
Laying concrete flooring
Painting and decorating
Supplying winter warm packs
Equipment or infrastructure upgrades
Jericho-Hosted Away Days
Planning a strategy day? Looking to strengthen team relationships? Want something more purposeful than a hotel meeting room?
Format: Full-day immersive experience
Outcome: A more aligned, motivated and purposeful team.

Participant Placements & Employment Pathways
This is one of the most powerful ways to partner with Jericho.
When our participants complete their supported placements with us and are ready to take the next step, your organisation can offer a secure and supportive work placement or employment opportunity.
We work closely with you to ensure placements are structured, appropriate and mutually beneficial.
Charity of the Year
Selecting The Jericho Foundation as your Charity of the Year creates sustained, meaningful engagement across your organisation.
